  • For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and unaltered, within the designated time frame specified on our site.

  • Due to Australian health and hygiene regulations, certain items, such as earrings and pierced jewelry, cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind, unless they are faulty or do not meet ACL guarantees.
